Returns Policy

Unwanted Goods

You may return any item within 14 days of receipt, providing the item is unused and in resalable condition. All labels must still be attached with instruction manuals and in original packaging. We will refund your credit/debit card (less the shipping charge for sending the item to you) once we have received the item and performed quality control. Please allow up to 14 days.

We cannot accept returns on anything made to order or personalised items.

Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error. Any unwanted items returned are at your own cost. Please email enquires@monenfant.co.uk or telephone before returning any items.
Please enclose a copy of your invoice stating the reason for return and your refund or exchange requirements. We suggest you obtain proof of posting and insurance to its full value, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damaged returns.

Exchanging Goods

If you would like an exchange, please email us at enquires@monenfant.co.uk, we are happy to do so, subject to availability. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item for exchange. Exchange items can only be despatched once we have received the original goods and have performed a quality control check. Please obtain proof of posting and insurance to its full value, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damaged returns.

Damaged Goods

Please check delivery on receipt. If signing for goods that are damaged please sign as ‘DAMAGED’ or ‘unchecked’ if you are not able to check at time of delivery.
Please contact us immediately at enquires@monenfant.co.uk quoting your order number. Please retain original packaging for returning your order. We will arrange to replace or refund your order. It is your responsibility to inform us within 7 days of delivery, of any incorrect items supplied.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if we are not satisfied the item is not new and unused.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
