Mon Enfant's Faults Procedure
We are very sorry if you are experiencing a problem with your pram / stroller and want to do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
All warranties are for REPAIR ONLY WARRANTIES. This means that all manufactures faults are repaired free of charge within the warranty period.
The manufactures warranties do not entitle you to a replacement product at any point. They are happy to repair but not replace. The BIG manufactures do not give out a replacement chassis as that would be admitting they do not have a good product.
If you are no longer happy with your purchase, we suggest you have it repaired within the warranty period and sell it privately.
All pushchair repair warranties are for one year only.
What to do if you have a problem?
If you are experiencing a problem with you pram / stroller please send an email to faults@monenfant.co.uk along with the following information:
- Your name, telephone number and address the goods were delivered to.
- The original order number
- The name, type and colour of your pushchair
- An explanation of the problems you have been experiencing.
We will then forward your email on to the relevant manufacture service department. As soon as we have feedback from them you will be contacted via email and also by phone if possible to be advised of the next step.
For more serious repairs you may need to send your pram back to the manufacture.
- Please re package your pram in a secure and well protected box (preferably the original box). Contact us via email to arrange a convenient day and place for collection. Your item will then be collected and forwarded on to the manufactures service department for repair.
- The service department will inspect your pram fully and repair any manufacturers faults. All repairs and courier service is free of charge within the warranty period. Repairs are top priority and usually done within 7 working days.
- If after inspection the service department say the fault is due to user error, you will be liable for the repair and courier costs.
- If the fault has occurred outside of the warranty period you can still have the pram repaired, however you will be liable for all charges involved. This will included courier charges and parts / repairs. You will be informed of charges before any work is done.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a pram on loan. Most repairs are dealt with very quickly and taking deposits and sending and collecting a pram on loan would be of inconvenience to you.
