I have just placed an order, when will it arrive?

All items in stock will be shipped the next working day, as long as the order was recieved before 2.30pm. All smaller items are delivered by Royal Mail and should arrive within 5 working days, although Royal Mail say it can take up to 3 weeks.

Larger items are delivered by courier and if in stock, will be shipped next working day and delivered within 3 working days. You will be contacted via email if any item is out of stock and advised of an estimated delivery date.

Some items of furniture are delivered direct from the manufacturer and can take up to 4 weeks but you will be advise at time of order.

For non pushchair / furniture orders please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery. If you have not recieved your items after this time please contact us immediately.

I have not recieved my order yet?

Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. If there are any further delays you will be contacted via email. You will be sent an email when your items are dispatched.

You will be advise of time scales for prams and furniture not in stock via email.

An item was missing from my delivery?

If you have ordered several items we will dispatch everything we have in stock. Any items out of stock or on a longer delivery will be ordered and dispatched seperately. This means you will not have to wait for everything if one item is out of stock. You will be advised via email of any back orders.
