Shipping and Handling

Delivery of goods to England, Wales and Southern Scotland are FREE* on orders over £100.00 and only £4.99 up to £99.99. We use royal mail for smaller items and Parcel Force for large items. All orders are dispatched insured and remain the property of Mon Enfant until signed for.
 
Unfortunatley we are unable to deliver to the Channel Islands or any UK address outside of UK mainland at this time.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver all ‘IN STOCK’ items within 2-3 days. Items will be dispatched within 24 hours via Royal mail but can take up to 3 weeks. Please sign ‘UNCHECKED’ for all parcels and notify us within 48 hours of anything that has been damaged in transit, otherwise we will not be able to deal with your claim.

Back Orders

Anything that is not in stock will be back ordered for you, and you will be advised by email of an approximate date for delivery. Most orders will be fulfilled within 28 days.
 
Some larger items such as furniture may take longer as they come direct from the Manufacturer. You will be advised of delivery at time of order.
