About Us

We are a baby and gift store based in Letchwoth Garden City, Hertfordshire. I previously owned a smaller store in Biggleswade, but due our sucess in our early years we relocated to larger premises in July 2010. I lived in France for two years, and after returning back to the UK have found it difficult to find the unusual yet practical baby products we could find easily in France.

And so Mon Enfant was “born”. Mon Enfant means “My Child” in French and the time it took to source products and open the store meant it was a 9-month labour of love.

Before moving to France I worked as a childminder and through this have knowledge of the different products that work well in different situations. Also the really useful products and the ones you don’t really need!

We have sourced products from France, Switzerland and as far a field as Australia to offer something different.

If you need advice, I will offer you an honest opinion and help you decide the best product for your lifestyle.

"Pay as you Grow" - Lay Away Service

For all of your larger items we offer a lay away service. This means that for a small deposit we will store your items for you until you are ready to collect them. You can then pay weekly or monthly the balance of your items, or alternatively you can pay the rest of the balance on collection. This service is only available in store on items over £50.00.
